WHY WE LOVE IT In the past 10 years, Tudor has been doing a fantastic job with their contemporary offerings. Watches such as the Black Bay, Heritage Chronograph and Pelagos collections have been flying off the shelves for their impressive looks, sporty construction and aggressive price points. But their professional line doesn't tell the whole story of Tudor's rebirth. Also included in the brand’s modern offerings are watches such as the Glamour, a sort of contemporary take on the Prince. And if we rewind the clocks somewhat to the 1990s, we find the most contemporary iteration of the Prince itself — an easy-wearing timepiece that featured in the Tudor collection from the mid-20th century. This particular Prince, a Reference 74000, dates to circa 1996 and features a 34mm stainless steel case, a magnified sapphire crystal, a signed crown, a glossy white Tritium dial with printed Arabic numerals a matching handset, a robust a proven automatic-winding ETA movement within, and a matching stainless steel multi-link bracelet with a signed blade clasp. These pieces are incredibly versatile for everyday use, and can easily be dressed-up for formal occasions or dressed-down and worn as a sporty everyday companion! OVERALL CONDITION The case is in excellent condition showing signs of light wear from gentle use. Gloss white Tritium dial with printed 'Arabic' indices is in equally excellent condition with matching handset. Signed crown.
