The Chronoswiss Delphis Art Deco draws it’s inspiration from the Roaring Twenties, reflecting a time defined by bold design, clean lines, and creative freedom. The Art Deco movement shaped everything from architecture to fashion, combining strong geometry with refined elegance. These influences are clearly visible in the Delphis Art Deco, where classic craftsmanship meets a modern mechanical approach, resulting in a watch that feels both timeless and contemporary. At the center of the watch is a dial inspired by Art Deco architecture. The nickel coated surface features a subtle textured finish that interacts beautifully with light, creating depth without overpowering the design. The signature Delphis display sits above this surface, with a jumping hour at 12, a retrograde minute hand sweeping across the center, and small seconds positioned below. A soft baby blue tone adds contrast to the small seconds, set against a hand guilloché base crafted in Lucerne using traditional machinery. The gold plated minute ring introduces warmth and balance, tying the entire design together with a clean and structured look. The 42 mm case is made from Grade 5 titanium, offering a lightweight feel with strong durability. Its matte gray finish gives the watch a modern and architectural presence, while the black nubuck strap keeps the overall look refined and wearable. Inside, the automatic Chronoswiss Caliber C.6004 delivers a 55 hour power reserve and can be seen through the sapphire caseback. The Delphis Art Deco continues the legacy of a complication first introduced in 1996, reimagined here with a clear nod to one of the most influential design eras in history.
