The Royale Paris returns in a cool new tone with the Icy Blue edition, bringing a crisp, modern freshness to its refined Day-Date-Moonphase display. Inspired by the winter landscapes of the Jura mountains, the dial captures the quiet brilliance of frost under clear skies. Subtle yet luminous, this icy blue shade introduces a contemporary edge while preserving a timeless elegance. Reimagined with a renewed look, the watch features the collection’s signature extended lugs, a distinctive hallmark of the Manufacture. The textured dial reveals multiple finishes that play with light: a finely grained surface, sandblasted engravings, and a delicately fluted small seconds subdial positioned at 3:30. The cool metallic tone highlights each complication with striking clarity. A twin-aperture moonphase offers a realistic view of the moon in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres, its polished surface adding a subtle sparkle. At the centre of the dial, the large date display balances the composition while ensuring excellent readability. Powering the Royale Paris Icy Blue is the Calibre Royal®, Pequignet’s flagship in-house movement. Developed and assembled in Morteau, it integrates all complications on a single main plate and delivers an impressive 96-hour power reserve. True to the Manufacture’s philosophy, the movement is produced almost entirely from components sourced within an 80-kilometre radius. Completing the watch is an interchangeable pearl-grey strap, for easy personalization.
