The Space Timer Gravity from Chronoswiss continues the brand’s cosmic journey, transforming space from distant concept to something tactile and alive on the wrist. Built on the same mechanical architecture as earlier Space Timer models, this edition shifts the narrative toward one of the universe’s most powerful forces: gravity. Rather than depicting space as a flat illustration, the dial is constructed with depth and dimension. A partially hand-guilloché surface is treated with a colour-shifting CVD coating that transitions between deep green and rich blue, changing character with the light like a planetary atmosphere seen from orbit. The left side of the dial features a highly detailed moon, created through an advanced laser process based on an original NASA photograph. The textured finish delivers a subtle three-dimensional effect, inviting closer inspection. Transparent hour and date rings crafted from lightweight ITR2 appear to float above the dial, while an exposed gear train framed by a soft blue bridge adds a crisp, modern contrast. The 44 mm matte grey stainless steel case and light grey nubuck strap keep the aesthetic cool, technical, and contemporary. Powering the watch is the automatic Caliber C.308, beating at 4 Hz with a 42-hour power reserve. Limited to 50 pieces, the Space Timer Gravity merges architecture and astronomy into a mechanical statement shaped by light, motion, and precision.
