

Rare and unusual Glycine 500m S.O.S Diver Tool Watch Ref. 313.241, created in collaboration with Strumenti Ottici Subacquei (S.O.S), a specialized diving instrument company based in Turin, Italy. S.O.S. supplied professional-grade underwater gear during the 1960s and 1970s, and their partnership with Glycine resulted in a limited production of these heavy-duty divers. The watch was engineered for serious use at depth, featuring a 500m water resistance rating, robust case design, and a functional aluminum bezel insert that has a contrasting black/orange layout for underwater visibility. Additionally there is a black aluminum shroud that rotates and acts as a crown guard to prevent accidental operation of the crown during an immersion. Despite being 44mm in diameter the watch wears incredibly comfortable and feels great on the wrist Inside is the gold-colored ETA 2783 automatic movement, running strong and keeping good time. This watch is new old stock and has never been opened, preserving its originality The watchis mounted on new Leather Strap, a perfect match for a professional diver of this era. With its S.O.S. heritage and untouched condition, this piece is not only a capable dive watch but also a rare collectible that reflects a fascinating collaboration in tool-watch history.
