First introduced in 2006, the "Ref. 5960" is a complication model that combines a flyback chronograph—featuring an innovative, arc-shaped annual calendar and an integrated sub-dial displaying both a 60-minute and 12-hour counter—with a unique design. The "Ref. 5960/1A-001," introduced in 2014, was the first model in the series to feature a stainless steel case and bracelet, offering a sporty appeal distinct from the Nautilus and Aquanaut. The 40mm case is paired with a five-link “drop-link” bracelet that fits perfectly, offering a smooth wearing experience thanks to the moderate weight characteristic of stainless steel and the high-quality finish of the exterior. The soft-looking silver opaline dial features oxidized black gold for the hour markers and hands, ensuring excellent legibility by enhancing the contrast with the dial color. Additionally, the “red” accents on the chronograph seconds hand and the 60-minute counter add a subtle touch to the dial, creating a sporty look. The Ref. 5960 series is equipped with highly practical functions such as an “annual calendar” and a “flyback chronograph.” Among them, the stainless steel “Ref. 5960/1A” is the ideal model for everyday use, suitable for any occasion throughout the year.
