For sale is a Union Glashütte Noramis Chronograph Sachsen Classic 2022 Limited Edition with an anthracite-colored dial. This is number 240 of a total of 350 pieces produced. The watch was purchased in September 2022 from an authorized Union Glashütte dealer and comes from a private collection. This is a complete set, including the box, papers, warranty card, hang tag, outer carton, tool for quick date adjustment, and the original Sachsen Classic leather tag with Union Glashütte branding. The genuine wood box is particularly beautiful thanks to its high-quality craftsmanship. The case is in very good to nearly mint condition. There are no significant signs of wear on the case, crystal, or clasp. The sapphire crystal is, of course, free of damage. The original brown calfskin strap with racing perforations shows only minimal signs of wear around the clasp adjustment area. The original butterfly folding clasp is in excellent condition. The watch is powered by the automatic Union Glashütte caliber ung-27.S2 with a power reserve of approximately 65 hours. The movement features 29 jewels and can be viewed through the sapphire crystal case back. All functions, including the chronograph, operate flawlessly. The movement winds up smoothly and has excellent timekeeping performance. The intricately designed anthracite-colored dial combines a sunburst finish with a vinyl embossing, thus echoing the historic connection to the Sachsen Classic. Super-LumiNova-coated hands ensure excellent readability even in low-light conditions. The stainless steel case measures 42 mm in diameter and 14.5 mm in height and is water-resistant to 10 bar. The watch features a classic bicompax chronograph layout with a small seconds sub-dial, a 30-minute counter, and a date display. The Sachsen Classic Edition is one of the most sought-after special editions in the Noramis series and combines classic motorsport design with German watchmaking craftsmanship from Glashütte.
