-M34 Flagship Various shining meteors- The M34 F8 Date is a flagship model that opens up a new path for Orient Star, featuring an original dial with a design theme of the Perseid meteor shower and the latest high-performance movement equipped with a silicon escape wheel. The dial has an orthodox design with an hour, minute, and second hand, as well as the date at 3 o'clock and Orient Star's unique power reserve display at 12 o'clock. It has a hand-carved pattern inspired by the meteor shower near the Perseus constellation. The regular model's blue coloring uses an optical multilayer film technology developed by Epson that creates a tonal effect on a metal plate, allowing the delicate pattern of the deep blue dial to be clearly seen in every corner. The self-winding in-house caliber F8N64 is equipped with a silicon escape wheel, which has been a technical signature of Orient Star since the "Skeleton" released in 2021 to commemorate the 70th anniversary. It has stable high precision from 15 seconds to minus 5 seconds and a power reserve of over 60 hours with automatic winding. ・Drive method: Mechanical ・Caliber: F8N64 ・Accuracy: +15 seconds to -5 seconds per day ・Driving time: 60 hours or more ・Case material: Stainless steel (SUS316L) ・Glass material (front): Double spherical sapphire crystal (SAR coating) ・Glass material (back): Sapphire crystal ・Luminous light: None ・Band material: Stainless steel (SUS316L) (Included band: Genuine crocodile leather, black, push three-fold type) ・Band width: 20mm ・Nakadome: Push tri-fold type ・Weight: 156 g ・Vertical diameter: 47.3 mm ・Horizontal diameter: 40.0 mm ・Thickness: 12.9 mm ・Waterproofing: Reinforced waterproofing for daily life (10 ATM) ・Magnetic resistance: 1 type ・Other features: Automatic winding (with manual winding), power reserve display function, second hand stop device, see-through back, 22 jewels, date, replacement band included (Click here for replacement band replacement) ・Standard warranty: 2 years ・Release date: June 2024
