The movement is flatter than the current Ripples for greater wearing comfort; consequently, the complete watch is only 6.3 mm high. The steel used for this skeleton is 904L, making the metal more resistant to corrosion due to its hardness and better luster retention. The Speake Marin is a manufacture watch and features a 5 Hz movement with a micro rotor and a total of no less than 182 components.
