This rare vintage watch by Alexander Tasou, a designer known worldwide for his steampunk and cyberpunk style and founder of London-based Hi Tek Design in the 1980s, features a double triangular dial and double mechanism. The particular rarity of this model lies in the different colors of the dials: one black and one white mother-of-pearl. Two Myota quartz mechanisms; single case with two triangular analog dials, each with two hands; the seconds are indicated by the movement of the logo in the center of the dial without numbers; pyramid-shaped mineral glass; single steel case back with brand name, logo, and serial number Hi tek uk 2003333; steel strap registered with no. 2010910. The designer's surreal, futuristic style is well represented in this object, which is destined not to go unnoticed, whether worn as an accessory with the most daring outfits or placed alongside more classic 'colleagues' in a collection. The Ville de Besançon museum in France exhibits a series of Alexander Hi Tek models. Dimensions: case, 65x35 mm; adjustable 18 cm bracelet. Very little used and in excellent condition considering its age. In working order, serviced by a professional watchmaker in November 2025, fitted with new batteries.
