Its defining feature is the remarkably slim bezel, which allows the dial to take center stage and gives the watch an impressive presence on the wrist. Despite its classic proportions, the Ref. 3420 appears larger, more open, and exceptionally elegant. The enamelled “Patek Philippe Genève” signature, together with the equally enamelled markings for the subsidiary seconds, reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.
